How to use toothpaste tablets.
This is our number one question about them! it’s understandable since it’s not the usual way to brush, but it’s pretty straightforward
- Put a single toothpaste tablet in your mouth
- Chew the tablet a few times
- Start brushing around your teeth and gums as normal
Ingredients in the refill toothpaste tablets:
Sorbitol, Calcium Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Kaolin, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Menthol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Silica, Sodium Monofluorophosphate (fluoride version only), Magnesium stearate, Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf Extract.
The fluoride tabs contain 1450ppm fluoride. That’s the same as regular toothpaste.

I tried these back before we opened, likely with a rather funny look on my face wondering how it would work. Sure enough though, after a few minty chomps on a tablet I started brushing at it was like normal very quickly.
The initial idea of a tablet was a little odd but once I got going, there was no going back!
