If you have gone zero waste, chances are you are going to need this coconut bottle brush for your various bottles and containers. This wood, metal and coconut long-reaching bottle brush is perfect for getting those remnants out of those big, tricky bottles.
Where your hands and cloth can’t quite reach, this bottle brush really can get right down to the bottle.
The curved end means you can get into the edges and get rid of those remnants. This is great where you have a bit of milk, orange juice or sauce sticking to the bottom of the bottles… a genuine nightmare!
Like all coconut cleaners, with this brush, you get great cleaning performance from the strong coconut fibre. And you know any fibres breaking away will breakdown naturally.
Interestingly too, unlike plastic options, coconut is naturally anti-bacterial due to the oil made by the fibres. This means your coconut bottle brush will be more hygienic to use.

Using and Caring for Your Coconut Bottle Brush
This coconut bottle brush can also be utilised in a wide range of tricky needs. Large glass bottles are of course a tricky one to clean even with a dishwasher if something sticks to the bottom. It’s also great for baby bottles, large jars and getting into tight spots around your kitchen or bathroom.
The water-resistant qualities of the coconut fibre mean that it can be used alongside many different cleaning detergents and can cut through tough grease, removing leftover residue and mould.
To care for your brush it is best rinsed out after each use and stored in a place and dry area. Being naturally antibacterial, there is no need for any chemical cleaners.
The dish brush is approx 35cm long and consists of coconut husk wrapped around a stainless steel wire with an FCS (Forest Stewardship Council) approved wooden handle. It also comes in plastic-free packaging
Coconut fibre is a by-product of coconut farming and is considered sustainable using the husks from outside of a dried coconut.
Just Gaia Family Thoughts
Ross
Since we moved to using reusable bottles I love this brush. But it’s also great for cleaning around the kitchen in genera, particularly some tricky parts of the fridge.
They are built to last, we used one in the high traffic of Just Gaia cafe for months before it started to wear down.
